About The Position

The User Research Intern position at Salesforce is designed for students graduating in December 2025 or later, providing an opportunity to work on real projects that impact the company's operations. Requirements

• Must be graduating December 2025 or later with a Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in qualitative data collection, cleaning, analysis, synthesis, and documentation.
• Commitment to learning and sharing knowledge with others.
• Self-awareness of strengths and growth areas with a desire to improve skills.
• Experience working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using multiple research methodologies such as user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and diary studies.
• Experience using remote/digital tools for research like UserTesting.com, Qualtrics, and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with your mentor and user research leadership to define project details.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and product management to understand critical research questions.
• Craft a research approach to best answer research questions.
• Conduct actionable research to guide product team decision-making and design processes.
• Solicit and incorporate feedback on work from mentors and multi-functional team members.
