About The Position

Requirements

• Must be an undergraduate college student graduating in 2026 or 2027, pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computers and networks is required.
• Strong organizational ability, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Demonstrates proficiency in writing skills for feature documentation.
• Eagerness to learn and work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Nice To Haves

• Background or interest in development and automation technology (Python, Java, RPA).
• Experience with automation technology (PowerAutomate and Automation Anywhere).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerBI).
• Prior experience in Cyber Security/Information Security.
• Project experience in relevant fields.

Responsibilities

• Work with feature engineers to understand ING product offerings and platforms used to process data end-to-end.
• Assist with IT security analysis and documentation of IT risk pillars and artifacts.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and help the team with reviews, trend analysis, and metrics.
• Support the Service Desk with incident management reports and project management.
• Gather incident ticket statistics and prepare trend reports.
• Collect artifacts and prepare documents to evidence effective risk controls.
