Requirements

• Enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and brand standards.
• Support Facility Consulting initiatives by conducting research and analysis on operational effectiveness and space utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for events and consulting projects.
• Participate in on-site event setup, logistics management, and post-event evaluations to assess success and areas for improvement.
• Engage with various stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on facility and event operations.
• Adopt and promote our core values of Safety and Health, Respect for People, Highest Ethical Behavior, and Protecting the Planet throughout all activities.
