About The Position
As a Summer 2025 Intern - Commercial Sales Analyst at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) in Frisco, TX, you will have the opportunity to develop critical skills essential for a career in analytics, strategy, shopper insights, or sales within our industry-leading company. This internship is designed to provide you with hands-on experience working across various teams, including analytics, planning, sales, marketing, and strategy. You will leverage data and business storytelling to address real-world market problems and opportunities, gaining valuable insights into the beverage industry. During your internship, you will be involved in building relationships across teams, creating compelling selling stories, and providing consumer and shopping insights. The KDP 2025 Summer Intern Program will run from June 2 to August 8, 2025, and will require a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This hybrid position allows for a blend of in-office and remote work. Elements of the KDP Intern Program include engaging in innovative projects that challenge you in a cross-functional team environment, participating in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organizational leaders, and receiving professional development training in networking, professional skills, and presentation techniques. You will also have the opportunity to partner with a mentor to enhance your understanding of different business areas and build your professional network. At the end of your internship, you will complete a project from start to finish and present your findings and takeaways to your team, department vice president, and other KDP stakeholders. This internship also positions you for potential participation in our Early Career Leadership Development Program, which lasts up to two years and begins after you obtain your Bachelor's degree, with various tracks available such as Insights, Sales Analytics, Category Management, and more.
