About The Position

The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas is offering a paid, full-time summer internship in Internal Audit for students pursuing degrees in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in auditing, working closely with dedicated staff mentors and industry experts. Interns will assist with various audit functions, contributing to the Bank's mission of promoting a strong financial system and a healthy economy.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with internal control, financial, compliance, and operational audits in accordance with professional standards.
• Review and analyze accounting records for accuracy and compliance with policies and principles.
• Conduct data extraction and analysis using software tools.
• Assist with special audits or projects as assigned by Audit management.
