About The Position
The Summer 2025 Intern position at Aflac is designed for students from all majors who are actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a Fortune 500 company recognized for its commitment to diversity and ethical practices. The internship will take place from June to August 2025, with a flexible work designation based on the intern's location. Those living within 50 miles of Aflac's offices in Columbus, GA, or Columbia, SC, will work in a hybrid model, while those further away will work remotely. The role emphasizes the importance of integrity, effective communication, and adaptability, as interns will be expected to engage with diverse populations and support organizational goals. Interns will be responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and preparing reports for management, assisting in identifying process improvements, and participating in strategic projects.
