About The Position

The Summer 2025 Geospatial Analyst Internship at T-Mobile offers a 12-week paid learning experience designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the wireless industry. Interns will work closely with the Business Intelligence Engineering (BIE) team, focusing on improving spatial processing and contributing to impactful business insights related to the Home Internet business. Requirements

• Experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience with Scala and Spark/PySpark.
• Familiarity with Databricks and AWS.
• Familiarity with BI Tools: Tableau, Alteryx, PowerBI.
• Familiarity with Geospatial Tools: ArcGIS, QGIS, PostGIS.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Apache Sedona.

Responsibilities

• Continued development and scaling of geospatial workflows in Databricks.
• Conduct product eligibility and competitive analysis, providing accompanying visuals as needed.
• Participate in high-priority enterprise projects aimed at improving customer acquisition, retention, and experience.
• Support dataset development and respond to inquiries from Federal and State governments.
• Assist in creating data models to support Data Engineers.
