As a Summer 2025 Full Stack Java Developer Intern at Tradeweb, you will be immersed in a dynamic environment that fosters innovation and collaboration. Throughout your internship, you will receive guidance from professionals at all levels of the organization, helping you to build a robust professional network and establish relationships with your fellow interns through various interactive outings and projects. In this role, you will be part of the team behind "BondWorks," Tradeweb's advanced electronic trading platform utilized by leading institutional and retail clients. You will collaborate with a close-knit team of two Software Engineers who specialize in Full Stack development. Your projects will range from building high-performance caching systems to developing robust API microservices, utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as Spring Boot, Kafka, and Kubernetes. You will also have the chance to work with a diverse group of approximately 25 engineers, each bringing unique expertise in areas like Machine Learning, System Design, and Software Development.
