About The Position

USD 214 Ulysses is seeking an elementary teacher for grades 3-5 at Sullivan Elementary School. Candidates need to be elementary Certified in Kansas or eligible for certification in Kansas (other Kansas Teaching Certificates will be considered for the position). Under the principal's or designee's direction and supervision, the candidate will plan instruction, teach, differentiate instruction, motivate, inspire, and assess students. The candidate will promote a high-quality, personalized education program that reflects the Kansas State Content Standards for elementary classes. USD 214 Ulysses is looking for candidates with excellent oral and communication skills. A dynamic character, personality, flexible team player, and proper social capability to relate effectively with diverse staff, students, parents, and the Ulysses community within a rigorous K-12 academic environment.
