Responsibilities

• Facilitate suite food and beverage sales for Levy sports and entertainment venues.
• Provide suite holders with a premium experience from beginning to end.
• Assist in setting standards to ensure all catering services exceed guest expectations.
• Drive sales on a daily basis to increase revenue.
• Present and communicate effectively with partners and clients via email, phone, and in person.
• Meet and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Analyze revenue and patterns using sales dashboards.
• Utilize multiple proprietary systems and databases on a day-to-day basis.
• Maintain strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suite holders, partners, and Levy team members.
