PRIMARY FUNCTION: Under the direction of the Restaurant Manager and Supervisor(s), is responsible for timely, efficient, and accurate service for restaurant patrons and their dining experience.

Requirements

  • Restaurant experience preferred; orientation and on-the-job training are provided.
  • Must be pleasant, courteous, and enjoy working with people.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • Must be able to remain calm in stressful situations.
  • Must be able to smile, maintain positive body language, and consistently provide positive guest service.
  • Must be able to make generalizations, evaluations, and decisions without immediate supervision.
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification
  • Must be able to obtain RBS (alcohol) Certification
  • Ability to work all Venue events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Reports for scheduled events on time, in proper uniform, with a neat and clean personal appearance.
  • Reports to assigned area in a timely manner.
  • Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Fulfills opening and closing duties as dictated by management.
  • Maintains the highest level of professionalism and service while abiding by Legends’ service standards.
  • Continually and efficiently services the dining in regards to clearing tables, refilling beverages, restocking work side stations, polishing flatware/glassware, and setting tables.
  • Delivers food in a timely and efficient manner to all dining guests.
  • Abides by Legends Sequence of Service when interacting with guests.
  • Responsible for working closely with servers and bartenders when servicing guests.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work environment.
  • Communicates with Supervisors and Management.
  • Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the club and stadium.
  • Performs and successfully completes tasks assigned by management.
