Requirements

Responsibilities

• Using hands or a dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items.
• Ensuring all sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks meet health standards.
• Storing clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment properly.
• Cleaning the work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area, while keeping kitchen wares storage organized.
• Removing trash from the dish room and transporting it to the dumpster, as well as cleaning and sanitizing garbage cans.
