The position involves working closely with Suite Owners and Administrators to ensure an excellent game day experience. The candidate will be responsible for answering calls and emails promptly, possessing extensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, specials, and services offered. They will provide Suite Owners and Administrators with detailed information regarding menus, company policies, practices, and operations. The role requires maintaining Suite Owner information confidentially and handling inquiries and requests professionally. The candidate must efficiently enter orders into the Quest system, produce reports for both back of the house and front of the house, and finalize billing inquiries. They will compile information from various sources, organize reports, and perform necessary calculations. The position demands independent responses to inquiries, maintaining positive public relations, and prioritizing work to meet deadlines with minimal guidance. The candidate must also maintain the Suites office and its supplies, and perform other duties as assigned.

  • Work closely with Suite Owners/Administrators to coordinate information for an excellent game day experience.

  • Update and maintain Quest.
  • Maintain Suite Owner information confidentially.
  • Handle inquiries and requests professionally.
  • Explain and answer questions about menu items, specials, company policies, and operations in detail.
  • Quickly and efficiently enter orders into Quest.
  • Pull and produce appropriate reports for back of the house and front of the house daily.
  • Upsell in a professional manner.
  • Finalize any billing inquiries.
  • Compile information using various sources, organize reports, perform calculations, and updates as necessary.
  • Independently respond to inquiries, verbally or in writing.
  • Maintain positive public relations with inter-departmental and outside contacts.
  • Prioritize work to meet deadlines with minimal guidance.
  • Be efficient and accurate with data entry.
  • Type 40 wpm with accuracy.
  • Assist in various areas during emergency situations.
  • Maintain the Suites office, its equipment, and supplies.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

  • Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
  • Ability to learn and apply varied computer programs.
  • Knowledge and experience working with a POS system.
  • High School Diploma required, associate degree preferred.
