The position involves working closely with Suite Owners and Administrators to ensure an excellent game day experience. The candidate will be responsible for answering calls and emails promptly, possessing extensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, specials, and services offered. They will provide Suite Owners and Administrators with detailed information regarding menus, company policies, practices, and operations. The role requires maintaining Suite Owner information confidentially and handling inquiries and requests professionally. The candidate must efficiently enter orders into the Quest system, produce reports for both back of the house and front of the house, and finalize billing inquiries. They will compile information from various sources, organize reports, and perform necessary calculations. The position demands independent responses to inquiries, maintaining positive public relations, and prioritizing work to meet deadlines with minimal guidance. The candidate must also maintain the Suites office and its supplies, and perform other duties as assigned.
