The Suite Spot Coordinator is a part-time position responsible for the daily operations of the Suite Spot Business Incubator located in Sugar Hill, GA. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to both the public and Suite Spot members, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. The Coordinator will conduct tours of the facility, respond to inquiries, and maintain positive tenant relations while assisting city staff in managing the facility. The position requires a proactive approach to communication and problem-solving, ensuring that all member and tenant needs are met effectively. Daily responsibilities include managing the physical space of the Suite Spot, which encompasses overseeing building access and ensuring that necessary resources are available. The Coordinator will also handle member requests for the use of conference rooms and other reserved spaces, ensuring that these requests are managed equitably. Establishing strong relationships with local partners, such as the University of Georgia Small Business Development Center and the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, is crucial for the success of the Suite Spot and its members. In addition to these duties, the Coordinator will assist in designing and executing programming that supports Suite Spot members and tenants, collaborating with various organizations and professionals in the field. The role also involves general assistance to the Downtown Manager and performing other related duties as assigned.
