As a Student Associate supporting Sphere's premium team, you will gain hands-on experience in delivering exceptional client experiences, often working directly with suite holders, and learning the company's service standards during the summer months. You will leave with a solid understanding of our premium sales & service process and how to produce quality client service. We seek a highly motivated individual with knowledge of the various premium options throughout sports and live entertainment. This role demands an aptitude for sales, service, and event execution. Our ideal candidate is plugged into industry trends and passionate about the sports and live entertainment landscape.

Requirements

  • Candidate must demonstrate a positive coachable attitude, warm, approachable demeanor, and excellence in maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Teamwork mentality is a must.
  • Proactive, strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage overlapping event schedules, activities, and functions as well as address and solve problems.
  • Ability to operate specific catering, accounting, ticketing, and database management systems.
  • Ability to follow detailed processes with meticulous attention to detail and manage deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office required; Archtics and Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Undergraduate candidates with a class status of junior or above.
  • GPA of 3.2 or above.
  • Provide a letter from your school verifying enrollment.
  • Available to work a minimum 21-hour work week and a maximum 35-hour work week (35 hours required for the summer semester) in-person in Las Vegas.

Nice To Haves

  • Archtics and Salesforce experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the premium team in delivering top-tier premium service by helping to exceed client's expectations and assisting in building strong client relationships.
  • Pair with experienced sales and service representatives for guidance and training on the premium team's process and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal Sphere departments including sales divisions, guest services, venue catering staff, building operations, finance, and box office when necessary to ensure all client needs are communicated, implemented, and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Work Sphere experiences & live events.
  • Additional projects to support experiences, events, and operations.
