THE CLEVELAND BROWNS AND LEGENDS GLOBAL The Cleveland Browns and Legends have an expansive partnership to support all aspects of the New Huntington Bank Field project including market analysis, product design and development, data and analytics strategy, and holistic revenue generation across partnerships, ticketing and suites sales. Legends is proud to support and represent the Browns during this historic moment in Northeast Ohio. THE ROLE Reporting to the Director of Premium Sales, the Suite Sales Manager will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to generate multi-year suite hospitality revenue for the New Huntington Bank Field. The overall responsibility includes a consultative approach to qualify potential prospects, identifying appropriate hospitality solutions, and delivering customized presentations at the New Huntington Bank Field Stadium Experience Center. The ideal candidate will have a track record as a top performer, and willingness/desire to grow into a leadership role within the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in premium suite/ticket sales, corporate sponsorship, or premium services.
  • Demonstrated success achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Candidate should possess an optimistic team-first attitude, as well as the competitive desire to be the best.
  • Candidate should possess both the personal and professional communication skills to interface with all levels of a company, both internally and externally.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset, optimistic team-first attitude, as well as the competitive desire to be the best.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and Presentation/AV Equipment
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with ability to travel to offsite client meetings.
  • Due to the nature of this project, candidate must be flexible to work extended hours, participate in events and client entertainment including late nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Sells multi-year suite agreements to C-Level executives and/or key decision makers of corporations, high net worth individuals via outbound sales calls, face-to-face appointments, and presentations.
  • Develop procedures and programs for outbound suite sales efforts that include prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, data capture and database management.
  • Execute and lead sales presentations, both on site within the state-of-the-art New Huntington Bank Field Stadium Experience Center and off site at prospect locations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, utilizing data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to expand your network and build relationships & awareness with potential partners.
