The SA Suggested Ordering Manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the PDI SA Suggested Ordering tool and store orders by ensuring the correct POGs and SKUs are actively assigned to each store in the tool. This role involves creating and maintaining surveys for the collection of Site POG Attributes, as well as creating import spreadsheets to load updated POG/Store Layouts when changes occur. The manager will learn and train the usage of the PDI Focal Point reporting system to support the Operations and Marketing departments. Additionally, the position requires analyzing site-specific information regarding the accuracy of the sets assigned and training the Operations and Marketing team on how to use the SA Suggested Order tool for ordering, scan audits, and sales forecast event adjustments. The manager will also investigate site Day on Hand issues and make recommendations to ensure the correct quantity of product is in stock at the right time. Other responsibilities include maintaining delivery schedules, scan audit calendars, and providing support for optimizing the scan audit process. The role also involves coordinating the implementation of new items and removing discontinued items from the system, maintaining POG changes, and researching Price Book issues. The SA Suggested Ordering Manager will work closely with various levels of the company to maximize the efficiency of the automated ordering system and contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
