Sugarloaf Building Maintenance Technician
About The Position
Sugarloaf is currently looking for a detail orientated, self-motivated, and enthusiastic team player to join our resort's Building Maintenance Team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing basic maintenance on plumbing, electrical, appliances, furniture, and general building maintenance trades. This is a full-time, year-round position that is eligible for benefits, access to seasonal amenties, and many other great job perks. If you have experience in these fields or are a fast learner that is willing to be trained, come join our team!
Requirements
- have the ability to operate basic hand and power tools
- be able to work independently and safely
- be able to understand and follow both oral and written directions
- have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
- be able to exert a considerable amount of physical effort to complete some tasks
