We are seeking an SUD Outpatient Therapist. As a Network180 employee assigned to Corewell Heath’s Addiction Clinic (CHAC), the person in this role will provide clinical expertise to a multi-disciplinary clinical team, ensure the provision of therapy services, as well as the appropriate access to behavioral health care records and the successful integration of the CMH authority’s responsibilities to individuals served within the Corewell Health system of care. This position is full-time, working Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, Most work is at Corewell Health Addictions Clinic, Sheldon BLVD SE Suite 100, Grand Rapids, MI with flexibility for remote work 1-2 days per week.
