Provide outpatient therapy services to client base that includes children and adults Provide consultation and emergency services to community, including local hospitals and law enforcement. Program development in accordance with the annual plan and in consultation with the supervisor of the program Conduct IOP Meetings. Completion of administrative paperwork, treatment plans, notes, etc., for medical records in a timely manner as required. Maintain all requirements for licensure or eligibility per the state licensing board including participation and documentation of clinical supervision Meet all requirements for agency required trainings annually or as required including electronic health records Meet agency clinical productivity requirements Serve in after hours on call rotation (2 to 4 required per year) Provide Supervision for the SUD Peer Support Staff Other duties as assigned
