Responsible for individual and group counseling for Residential treatment. Ability to conduct intake and assessments including treatment plans for individuals. Serving the special needs of program participants and individuals. Facilitate groups for participants in a residential treatment program. Activities are designed to support environmental change for individual recovery in a Social Model setting using evidenced-based curriculum (Matrix). I and II are based on years of experience, State Certification, and ability to perform all functions of the job. NOTE: Employees will be required to be fingerprinted, screened for tuberculosis, and health screened for fitness of duty.
