About The Position

The SCIL Leadership Development Program at CJ Logistics is an immersive 12-month experience designed for recent graduates to kick-start their careers in logistics and warehouse management. Requirements

• Recent Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field
• Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Proven leadership skills and a drive to excel in a high-energy environment
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Relevant work or internship experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
• Willingness to lead by example
• Ability to accommodate various shift schedules
• Flexibility to relocate and travel
• Eagerness to take on new challenges and responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of frontline employees
• Learn Warehouse Management, including safety performance, dock management, equipment management, yard management, and loss prevention
• Learn Inventory & Quality Control, including aisle audits, cycle counts, quality hold processes, and how to research an OS&D issue
• Learn Customer Service, including order processing, tracking, and confirming shipments
• Engage in daily pre-shift meetings and team collaborations
