About The Position

The Success Team Manager at Aletheia Digital is responsible for leading a team of Success Managers to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. This role emphasizes hiring, coaching, and developing team members while managing client campaigns effectively. The manager will also analyze performance data to achieve company objectives and foster authentic relationships with both team members and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a marketing communication or digital advertising-related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of customer service/sales management experience in media or marketing fields preferred.
  • Exceptional people skills with a positive and cheerful disposition.
  • Highly resourceful and able to make sound recommendations based on research and aggregated data.
  • Self-starter who sets priorities and approaches new tasks with positivity.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under a deadline.
  • Team player passionate about delivering great work.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, coach, motivate, and advise the team of Success Managers.
  • Train and develop Success Managers in the skills needed to be successful.
  • Ensure Success Managers manage and develop effective campaigns to meet and exceed Client goals & expectations.
  • Partner with Fulfillment Team leadership to ensure all Client campaigns are managed and delivered successfully.
  • Achieve company objectives through effective goal setting, analyzing key performance data, and making revenue forecasts.
  • Track & manage Success Manager client portfolios through Aletheia Digital CRM software, including current and future revenue projections and consistent client communication.
  • Manage on-time campaign creation and fulfillment, including website development and migrations.
  • Develop and manage expectations for Success Managers with daily checklists to deliver successful results.
  • Identify and measure key performance metrics that result in success for the Success Team.
  • Conduct weekly one-on-ones with Success Managers to forecast client needs and issues.
  • Manage the customer experience and client satisfaction with Aletheia Digital.
  • Cultivate and nurture personal relationships with Success Managers and clients.
  • Ensure Success Managers identify, capture, and activate key personal information in Aletheia Digital CRM software.
