This role provides support across multiple locations, addressing gaps and ensuring consistent outcomes for assigned accounts. As a Success Manager, Regional Support, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with physicians and clinic leaders, driving business outcomes, and ensuring their success with our solutions. You will leverage your medical knowledge and sales expertise to develop tailored strategies that enhance productivity, increase membership, and improve overall clinic performance. Your success will be measured based on membership and revenue growth, member retention, and practice performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university, preferably in the study of business administration, marketing, or management, or commensurate professional experience.
  • Three years (3) related work experience in account management, sales, and/or working toward a set of clear business growth targets.
  • Proven track record achieving sales or business growth targets.
  • Strong ability to build trust and advise clients on business optimization.
  • Results-driven and Goal-oriented: Demonstrates a commitment to achieving business objectives with a proactive mindset.
  • Confident & Responsive: engages with clients consistently, providing timely and valuable support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Outlook and intermediate skill level in Excel and Word. Basic PowerPoint skills required.

  • Medical Background (Preferred): Experience working in healthcare, medical sales, or clinic operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop & Execute Business Plans: Partner with physicians to assess practice performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic initiatives that drive revenue, increase patient membership, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Drive Measurable Results: Implement targeted programs to reduce cancellations, increase new memberships, optimize pricing strategies, and streamline operations for long-term success.
  • Onboarding & Continuous Training: Lead the onboarding of new practices and staff, providing ongoing training and performance coaching to ensure team members deliver an exceptional patient experience.
  • Develop First-Year Growth Plans for all new affiliates and guide established practices through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a strategic business consultant, helping physicians optimize patient engagement, streamline workflows, and leverage best practices to enhance practice outcomes.
  • Maintain consistent communication through in-person visits, calls, texts, and emails to ensure alignment with corporate initiatives, resolve concerns efficiently, and encourage participation in growth initiatives.
  • Regularly observe practice operations, identify gaps, and provide hands-on guidance to enhance productivity, service quality, and membership retention.
  • Proactively identify at-risk practices, expansion opportunities, and new growth initiatives within the assigned accounts.
  • Conduct regular on-site and virtual office visits, adjusting frequency based on performance assessments.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams—including Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Support—to drive territory success.
  • Lead physician engagement efforts, influencing participation in key corporate initiatives such as networking events, practice relocations, and technology implementations.
