About The Position

Remote global role, leading the Energy, Utilities & Resources industry for success delivery - drive collaboration and operational excellence for Success delivery in manufacturing that exceed customer expectations and are executed compliantly. Participate as member of Success Delivery SLT, owning actions to grow and improve the Success offering. Work closely with Global Delivery VP over Energy, Utilities & Resources on account management, consultant assignments, functional and technical knowledge, talent pipeline, and industry acumen. The person in this role will act as the CSM for Key manufacturing customers as well as leading the Energy, Utilities & Resources CSMs. Direct People Management will be aligned to the Regional Directors, the Success Industry Lead for Energy, Utilities & Resources will support the Regional Success Directors for people management and hiring.

Requirements

  • Delivery project experience in customer-facing roles (IFS preferred).
  • Industry depth and experience in Energy, Utilities & Resources industries.
  • Familiarity with industry-related trends, operating KPIs, and value drivers.
  • Strong acumen on delivery methodology and delivery service offerings.
  • Ability to lead through influence and trust both internally and externally.
  • Knowledge of the Business Value Assessment (BVA) tools and overall process.
  • Ability to develop Value Metrics and measure the outcome of the Success program.
  • Understanding of subscription services and support renewal process.
  • Fluency in English and local language (verbal and written).
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

  • Bachelor's degree, master's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience in building, maintaining, and evolving relationships with executives.
  • Domain knowledge of IFS Applications.

Responsibilities

  • Secure IFS references and regular reporting through the VOC process.
  • Communicate with Sales on potential upsell opportunities.
  • Communicate with Global Delivery SLT on potential escalations needed.
