About The Position

The SuccessFactors Consultant, People Systems at Qualtrics is responsible for maintaining the usability, stability, and security of the corporate HRIS platform and other related systems. This role involves providing technical support, implementing system changes, and driving efficiency within the systems to enhance overall performance. The position requires collaboration across various teams and a proactive approach to problem-solving and system management.

Requirements

• SuccessFactors certification in TH94, Employee Central preferred - Either certified or willing to train/test for certification.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• HR background.
• 1 year of relevant systems administration/help-desk work experience.
• Skilled in troubleshooting within technical systems.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Development & configuration of new & revised products, processes & business within the SuccessFactors platform.
• Facilitating internal & stakeholder testing to ensure quality releases.
• Prioritize and resolve reported systems issues.
• Maintain change tracking documentation & process documentation.
• Provide stakeholder system training and enablement.
• Point of contact for engaging with SuccessFactors support.
• Collaborate with the People, Recruiting and Benefits teams regarding strategy, programs & processes.
• Manage role based permissions & security.
• Expand system reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Manage semi-annual release updates & enablement plan.
