About The Position

The Subway Sandwich Artist position, also referred to as a Restaurant Team Member, involves providing excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner. Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean restaurant environment through cleaning and general housekeeping, preparing and serving food items in strict accordance with Brand, Company, and health department regulations. The role also requires ensuring product quality, food safety, and operational standards are consistently met, as well as keeping accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records. Adherence to all government laws and safety codes is mandatory, and the incumbent must complete reports on all incidents following the company's 5-minute rule policy. • Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands for entire shift, including reaching for objects overhead
• Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50+ lb. occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead
