Requirements

• Prior food service, fast food experience
• 3-5 years of Management/Assistant Management experience in retail or food service
• Ability to lead, train and retain employees

Nice To Haves

• Management or restaurant/fast food operations experience at places such as Taco Johns, McDonalds or Jimmy John's is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations
• Control inventory, cash drawers, daily reporting
• Guide, mentor, and motivate employees
• Provide world class customer service
