Our Multi-Unit, Subway/Dairy Queen/Caribou Coffee is looking for a talented and motivated entrepreneur to help guide and grow with our Profit Center Manager. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for the fast food industry and are eager to take on a leadership role. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience while also supporting the development of your team. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that all food safety and quality standards are met. This is a full-time position located at 923 Johnston Parkway, Kenly, NC 27542, and it offers a competitive hourly wage of $17. In this role, you will be expected to create an experience that every customer will seek to repeat. You will train and educate team members about our culture, standards, and operations, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service. Supervising and guiding all staff to ensure consistency with all food products is a key responsibility, as is preparing and adjusting the schedule for all staff to meet the demands of our customers. You will also be required to follow all policies and procedures regarding sanitation and sanitary food handling, advocating for these standards within your team. Reporting to and assisting the profit center manager with any and all duties requested will be part of your daily tasks, along with executing all ordering and inventory management. You will have 100% accountability for total food cost and total labor cost, controlling costs by training and educating team members. Creating a fun, safe, and energetic working environment is essential to the success of our team and our business.
