The Restaurant Assistant Manager (RAM) assists the Restaurant Manager (RM) with daily operations of the restaurant and supervises the team in their absence. The RAM leads and coaches Restaurant Team Members and partners with the management team to maintain the Company and Brand operational standards ensuring all guests leave satisfied. The position includes essential job duties such as providing excellent guest service, conducting interviews, maintaining a clean restaurant environment, directing team members, ensuring food safety, and completing necessary paperwork.
