Together. Every day. CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Subsurface Utilities Manager to join our Power & Manufacturing – Gas Engineering Team at our Albany, NY office. What You'll Do: CHA has a long track record of delivering safe, cost-efficient, and reliable designs for gas transmission pipelines, custody transfer stations, distribution mains, regulator stations, and customer connections. Our team can also certify plans and help gas utilities navigate the process of bringing infrastructure projects into regulatory compliance and enhance quality control. The Subsurface Utilities Manager, an important technical leadership role at CHA, leads an effective and productive team of technical professionals. A Subsurface Utilities Manager’s success is measured by their team's technical quality, achieving team utilization targets, engaging, and motivating their team to go above and beyond, and effective management of project budgets. The professional in this role organizes, directs, and coordinates activities associated with the project scope of work either individually or collectively with their team.
