  • Perform all manufacturing tasks to produce quality substrates according to manufacturing plan.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the operation of the substrate site's chemical process and support equipment.
  • Functional breadth, depth: Ability to troubleshoot and remedy process equipment issues using schematic and piping diagrams.
  • Once trained, requires little or no guidance and direction
  • Solves straight-forward issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization.
  • Evaluates assignments and determines actions required to meet work area manufacturing/production plans, and equipment maintenance objectives.
  • Manage non-standard/incidental production inventory.
  • Solves complex problems (inter-related, multiple variables) requiring breadth/depth of knowledge of work area processes, procedures, objectives utilizing internal and external resources as needed.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Must be comfortable working with chemicals.
  • Requires higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
