About The Position
The Royal Independent School District is seeking qualified individuals to serve as Substitute Teachers. The role involves maintaining confidentiality of student and school personnel information, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment, and providing adequate supervision for students. Substitute Teachers are responsible for implementing lesson plans, managing classroom discipline, and reporting any incidents involving student injuries or discipline problems. The position requires returning instructional materials and completing necessary reports for the regular classroom teacher. Additional duties may be assigned by building administrators in accordance with school and state policies.
