About The Position

Provide instruction to individual and small groups of students. Assist students in the use of instructional materials and aids. Assist students with activities of personal care/hygiene/toileting as applicable. Utilize personal skills to assist in the instructional program as directed by the teacher. Provide the teacher with information about the students that will assist in the development of appropriate learning activities. Implementation of behavior modification and other data collection. Requirements

• Must hold a valid NYS Level I, II, or III Teaching Assistant Certification or NYS Teacher Certification
• Fingerprint clearance from the NY State Department of Education (NYSED)
• Drug Screening
• Physical Examination
