Requirements

• Experience working with children.
• Enjoys working with children.
• Flexibility.
• Punctuality is critical and mandatory for this position.
• Must be reliable.
• Clear communicator. Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the established routines and procedures of the school and classroom to which you are assigned.
• Follow the lesson plans provided by the absent teacher.
• Provide a brief report, in writing of the day's activities, at the conclusion of each day for the teacher.
• Provide feedback regarding student behavior.
• Able to communicate to administration and others to gain assistance or guidance when needed.
• Must be able to establish a good rapport with students.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
• Must be organized, take direction.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.
