About The Position

This is a part-time substitute teacher position at East Hampton High School. It is four days a week. In the absence of a teacher, the building substitute will be responsible for providing instruction, managing the classroom, and creating a welcoming and structured classroom environment that is conducive to learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to follow lesson plans and differentiate classroom instruction as needed.
• Demonstrated aptitude or competence for successful fulfillment of assigned responsibilities.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriated and acceptable

Nice To Haves

• Experience in an educational setting preferred.
• Experience working with high school students preferred.
• Teaching certification preferred.
