Substitute Teacher
About The Position
Flexible schedule. Meaningful teaching. Real impact. We are currently looking to expand our list of dedicated substitute teachers, NYS teaching certification not required ! Substitute teaching hours in each building are as follows: Elementary School 8:20 AM - 3:30 PM Middle School 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM High School 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM All substitutes must be fingerprinted through NYSED TEACH system prior to Board of Education approval. Once a date is set to hold brief interviews via Zoom, you will receive an email. We believe substitutes provide a vital service in our District. Thank you for your interest in Southwestern!
