About The Position

We are seeking friendly and reliable substitute teachers for our preschool and pre-k classrooms. Our Ideal candidate will have some classroom experience, along with a positive, flexible, and ready-to-learn attitude. Substitute Teachers will support the Lead and Assistant Teachers, working as a team to implement positive, nurturing, and stimulating activities that meet the developmental needs of the students and contribute to overall classroom management.

Requirements

• Current TB test (within one year).
• Cleared background check.
• Completed CPR, first aid, food handlers permit, and bloodborne pathogens training.
• 30 STARS hours or educational exemption, within 6 months of hire.
• Have a meaningful and personal relationship with God.
• Ability to discern needs and respond appropriately, sensitively, and proactively.
• High degree of professionalism.
• Be available for substitute hours between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities
