About The Position

The Redding Public School District is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic elementary teacher to join our team starting January 2, 2026. The position will include a few shadow days in late December until mid-February 2026. This role requires a strong understanding of CT Core standards and curriculum for elementary grades, as well as the ability to meet the diverse learning needs of elementary age learners. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively as a member of a grade level team and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior teaching experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
