About The Position

Andover Elementary School is nestled in the town of Andover, in Tolland County, in the northeastern corner of CT. This quaint rural town of 3600 residents houses our pre-k-6th-grade school of 250 students. AES feeds into RHAM (region 8) Middle and High School. AES boasts a dynamic team of educators who are dedicated to a positive school environment. AES is anticipating a long term 4th grade substitute position beginning in March to the close of the school year. Come join our team! Requirements

  • CT Certification Required
  • Appropriate Connecticut State Certification for subject/grade level.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Master's Degree as per state requirements.
  • Student teaching, practicum, and/or state-approved preparation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with children preferred.
