About The Position

Scripps Health Administrative Services supports our five hospital campuses, 31 outpatient centers, clinics, emergency rooms, urgent care sites, along with our 17,000 employees, more than 3,000 affiliated physicians and 2,000 volunteers. This is a Casual/Per Diem position located at our Scripps Gluck Child Care Center near the Torrey Pines area. This position is Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm. Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with young children
• Must be able to lift a child weighing up to 50 lbs
• Visually supervise children playing, hear a child's call for help, and respond physically to a child's needs
• Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED certification through American Health Association

Nice To Haves

• 12 Child Development or Early Childhood Units
• Six month's experience in a childcare setting working with young children ages 3 months to 6 years old

Responsibilities
