About the position
Substitute Teachers are needed at all locations within CCSD#2 for the 2024/2025 school year. This role is essential for maintaining the continuity of education in the absence of regular teachers.
Responsibilities
- Provide instruction to students in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Assess student progress and report back to the regular teacher.
Requirements
- Must hold a PTSB Substitute Teacher Permit.
- Ability to follow lesson plans and adapt to different classroom environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
