Under the supervision of the Special Education Program Specialist or designee, the school psychologist performs a variety of professional activities involved in the consultation, eligibility, services, and assessments of students. This includes conducting psycho-educational assessments, participating in the planning, development, and implementation of individualized education programs (IEP), behavior plans, and educational goals and services. The school psychologist also participates in IEP meetings, 504 meetings, and provides direct and indirect counseling services.
