About The Position
The Substitute School Nurse will serve as the primary advocate for the health and well-being of students and staff within the assigned school. Responsibilities include but are not limited to health screening and services, emergency first aid, the care of those who are ill and/or injured while in the school, maintenance of health records.
Requirements
- Hold a current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) License in order to qualify for the NJDOE Substitute Nurse Certificate
- Hold a current CPR and First Aid Certification
- Hold and maintain a valid driver's license with no serious violations
