Requirements

• NJ Certificate: School Nurse or Registered Nurse license with Substitute School Nurse (non-instructional) credential
• Valid CPR/AED Certificates
• Willingness to obtain Substitute School Nurse (non-instructional) credential if applicable
• Ability to assist with health office visits and required medical screenings
• Ability to maintain communication with parents and school staff
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of educational software applications (preferred)
• Experience working with at-risk students
• Ability to perform physical work requiring frequent bending and lifting
