Requirements
- Strong commitment to safety and reliability
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working with children and families
- Clean driving record (no major violations)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Class A or B CDL is required
- Training is available for qualified candidates willing to obtain a CDL
Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to and from school following assigned routes
- Maintain a safe, calm, and positive environment on the bus
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Communicate professionally with students, parents, school staff, and dispatch
- Maintain a clean and orderly bus
- Follow all safety procedures, traffic laws, and company policies
- Represent Mustang Transportation with professionalism and care
- Charter bus driving opportunities may also be available on an as-needed basis.
