About The Position

Finni Health is looking for a dedicated and flexible Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team as a floating sub for the cities of Bruceton, Camden, Huntingdon, McKenzie, and Paris, TN. This unique position is ideal for someone who can provide coverage across multiple locations as needed. As an RBT, you will collaborate closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver life-changing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) care in a child’s home and community. You’ll work one-on-one with families, helping children learn new skills and reach developmental milestones.

Requirements

• Certified RBT (Required)
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Passion for working with children, especially those with special needs
• Willingness to sit on the floor, kneel, or move around frequently
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Active CPR Certification (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person behavior intervention in a child’s home and community settings
• Collect and record data on child behavior and skill development
• Participate in weekly supervision with the supervising BCBA
• Attend team meetings and collaborate with clinical staff
