Flexible Hours! Responsibilities: Implement and adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of preschool children. Supervise and ensure the safety of children in the classroom and during outdoor activities. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration. Assist with daily activities, including arts and crafts, storytelling, and playtime. Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children's progress and behavior. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and learning materials. Support the lead teacher in managing classroom dynamics and implementing educational programs. Observe and assess children's development and report any concerns to the lead teacher. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in early childhood education preferred. Experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents. Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and teaching styles. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Passion for early childhood education and nurturing young learners. Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling. Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
