General Summary: Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times; be alert to the needs and concerns of the children as individuals and as a part of the larger whole. Work co-operatively with the classroom teacher or assistant teacher to engage and instruct children during the school day.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 60 college credits or County Substitute License
- Certificate of Eligibility PreK-Grade 3 preferred.
- Knowledge of child development.
- Must be 18 years of age, or older.
- Effective English oral and written skills.
- Effective comprehension and reasoning skills.
- Ability to accurately fill out necessary documentation and form.
Nice To Haves
- Certificate of Eligibility PreK-Grade 3 preferred.
- Second Language oral and written skills a plus.
- Basic computer skills a plus.
