About The Position
The position requires a high school diploma (or GED) and two years of college or an Associate's degree (AA). Alternatively, candidates may qualify by passing an approved local assessment that demonstrates the ability to assist in instructing with reading, writing, or mathematics. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and have one year of paid or volunteer experience working with students aged 9 through 17 years. Required documents include a copy of the transcript or a paraprofessional certificate.
